1. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service process has begun. This includes, but is not limited to: Processing the LLC formation. Applying for the EIN with the IRS. Guidance on informational forms or support with bank accounts. Administrative or regulatory services. By confirming your payment, you expressly agree to the commencement of the service and waive your right to withdrawal or refund, as permitted by regulations applicable to personalized digital services.
2. Exceptional Cases
If you believe there has been an error in the service provided, you may contact us at info@australtax.com detailing your case. We will evaluate your situation individually and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information for the proper execution of the services. Austral Tax LLC is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect data, omissions, or lack of response from the client.
